Briefly about the Silence Collection:
The Silence collection explores the many different places and moments in which we find a sense of peace. Each of the six paintings tells its own story through a different setting and dominant color, while one element remains throughout the collection: light — a symbol of warmth, comfort and safety.
About Emerald Silence:
Emerald Silence is the third painting I created for the Silence collection. With this piece, the collection moves away from enclosed spaces and into the calm of the natural world.
To me, Emerald Silence represents the kind of peace I find in nature — being surrounded by green, breathing fresh air and feeling, even for a moment, disconnected from everything else. The little house hidden within the landscape gives me a sense of safety — a place I can escape to when the noise, chaos and harshness of the outside world become too much.
